Yoo-Hoo! Hello, My name is Holly Witte and I am the creator or guide at Bloom and Grow Microschool. I have 16 years of experience in Early Childhood Education including teaching Gifted and Talented students, multigrade level classrooms as well as a director for a non-profit to serve middle school students and in childcare. I believe in teaching the whole child and meeting each child where he/she is academically, socially and emotionally with love and respect. This approach makes space for the child to feel safe and loved to be able to reach his/her full potential. I am also well trained in the Love and Logic philosophy to provide children with tools to solve problems.

When I am not in the classroom, I am a momma first a foremost. I have 3 beautiful, inquisitive, kind and loving kids whom I am obsessed with! I love to cook, do yoga, embroider, read fantasy novels, craft, travel, learn, laugh and do anything with the people I love. I am joyous, enthusiastic, and empathetic and I love inspiring others to love to learn!

Jodi Windle

Hello! My name is Jodi Windle, and I am excited to be teaching Kindergarten thru 2nd grade this year at Bloom and Grow!  I taught 2nd grade for 3 three years and Kindergarten and 1st grade for one year in Arizona.  I took a long break from teaching to have a family and was fortunate to be a “stay at home” mom to two amazing kiddos!  My son, Kaden, is 12 years old and my daughter, Kennedy, is 10 years old!  We also have two cats, named Panda and Willow.
I am originally from Michigan but have lived in Arizona for about 20 years.  I love to travel, spend time with my family and have a passion for Interior Design!
I have a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.  I believe every child learns differently and deserves an education that nurtures their strengths, encourages curiosity, and builds a lifelong love of learning.  My classroom is a place where students feel safe to ask questions, take risks and grow academically and socially. I value strong relationships with students and families and believe that communication, encouragement, and individualized learning are key to helping students
Thrive.  My goal is to create a joyful learning community where children feel inspired, challenged, and excited to come to school each day!
